I have been using Kim and her team for my last few home transactions. During this current "interesting" 2023 housing market, with overpriced homes, increasing interest rates and tax rates, I put my home on the market. I had one showing, one offer, on the first day. I followed all of Kim's recommendations on preparing the home to be on the market and I also went into it with realistic expectations with negotiations. Everything we went smoothly and I closed in October.

I probably dragged Kim and her team through a lot of interesting experiences during my selling and buying transactions. They helped me get through an experience with a number of dishonest contractors in order to get my home put on the market. Sold the home in October 2021 in less than 24 hours and over asking price. I was supposed to move out of state, but ended up staying, so we had the opportunity to go through a few buying opportunities, with a new home builder that was less than honest and having to retain counsel to get my earnest money back, going under contract for an older home that eventually had more issues than I wanted to deal with (mold, radon, and systems as old as the home) and we finally were able to find a newer home that was just right . . . for me . . . kind of like the three bears and Goldilocks. They were patient and had all the right recommendations for the different situations we dealt with to cross the finish line.

Janna is highly experienced and went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the home purchasing experience. She even drove through a snow storm so we could view our property a second time! We feel like we’ve secured a fantastic home, at a great price and at just the right time for us. She has excellent negotiation skills and is always a step ahead in the game. We had endless questions and she had the patience of a saint. Even when we ran into some complications (on the seller's end) she left no stone unturned to improve and solve the problem.
