I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Steve Proctor's ability as my Selling Agent. This is the second time that Steve has been my Realtor, with the first on my purchase of my home which Steve just successfully closed upon in one of the most difficult sellers' market! I was an out of state seller and was able to count on Steve to GO WAY BEYOND expectations to manage my listing and find a buyer. He frequently tended to my vacant property, cleaned it, updated the listing, had totally perfect and impressive photos, widespread marketing and data driven process, held numerous open houses, and would tell me as if he totally meant this, that it was his goal TO GET A BUYER that day.
