Jeff Tooker is a fantastic realtor. Not only does he have an expansive knowlede of the market, but his background as a general contractor gave us so much insight into the homes we looked at and their conditions. I can't imagine working with someone without his knowledge. Jeff is always available and did an excellent job tuning into our taste and desires. He would always find homes that he knew we would like and steer us away from ones that weren't right. He truly wanted us to find the RIGHT home and not just any home for a commission. Even after we took a break from our search, he was always available and picked right back up once we re-entered the market. Best of all is Jeff was present every step. After we closed, he came to our home and personally changed all our locks and smoke detectors to ensure our home was safe and secure. I cannot recommend Jeff more highly. I'll be sending any friends and family looking for a home to Jeff.

Jeff was able to find the people I needed for particular repairs. He was here to help me when they arrived and explained what needed to be done. He came to my house if necessary to sign documents and explained each one thoroughly. My house was on the market when I received a full price offer. He was with me through the entire closing process. If there is a better agent anywhere I'd like to meet them. They would have to "walk on water" to surpass the help and guidance I received from Jeff.
