He came to my house if necessary to sign documents and explained each one thoroughly. My house was on the market when I received a full price offer. He was with me through the entire closing process. If there is a better agent anywhere I'd like to meet them. They would have to "walk on water" to surpass the help and guidance I received from Jeff. Jeff got our house sold in less than a month. My husband and I didn’t know what to expect. Jeff explained everything that we had to do on our side in order to sell. He kept in touch the whole time with every little detail. He is very knowledgeable about everything. It was fantastic working with Jeff! We had a very unique search that did not easily fit into the normal search parameters and Jeff worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted out of a home and to find the right options for us. Jeff was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond by removing everything from my Mom’s house and getting a roll away to remove all the junk. He worked harder than I ever expected a realtor to work! My sister and I had no idea what we’d do with all the stuff that needed to be removed but Jeff came in and removed it all. I can’t say enough good things about him and wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again. This was a house that we were unsure would ever be purchased but it sold in 6 days which is amazing based on the condition of everything and in such a small town.
