When the right house finally appeared, we were fully prepared to move quickly. Jennifer helped us construct a strong offer, connected us with an excellent mortgage broker, and then—together with her outstanding Paragon transaction management team—guided the deal smoothly from contract to close. Her experience was especially valuable during negotiations around a degraded roof discovered during inspection, helping us and the sellers reach a fair resolution despite insurance coverage complications.
