This is the second time Jennifer has represented me in a real estate transaction -- this time as a buyer 7 years after she sold my home in Wash Park. I contacted Jennifer on a weekend after I had seen a listing that intrigued me, and having not reached out in several years! I expected to hear back during the week but she returned my call within 30 minutes -- and talked me through my initial inquiry on the spot. The next day, she went out to look at this and other condo units taking videos so I could see them from my home 300 miles away. Very honest in her assessment of them. While I did make the trip to see the condos and initiate an offer, I then went home and left Jennifer and her very capable assistant, Kathleen to take care of everything. Much of the contracting and bargaining was done while Jennifer was on vacation - yet she did her due diligence and spent the time to advise me accordingly. Later, she went to the inspection, a final walkthrough before closing, and arranged for someone to come clean the unit before I got to town. Jennifer or Kathleen was in touch with me throughout the process, reminding me of things I needed to take care of prior to closing, and were knowledgeable, thoughtful, pleasant all the way through! It was a relatively small transaction, yet they treated me and the process as if it were a million dollar property. I cannot imagine ever buying or selling real estate in Denver with another agent!! She's the best!!
