There were more troubles than there needed to be and there was a title issue with previous owners and to took longer than needed. Chris stayed on top of this and other issues. Some could say that this is his job as Buyers Agent however it is important that my schedule is very busy and Chris would take time for my call when I was available even though not convenient for him(after normal hours) including Sunday. Chris was an excellent realtor. He was always responsive to our questions. He was very efficient in his process. As we lived out of town, Chris was very helpful in making appointments and scheduling repairs post inspection. He gave us the names of companies for referrals and those companies used were very good in terms of the work being done and customer service. We cannot recommend Chris highly enough.
