Kali was very helpful in informing us of issues that we needed to consider in buying and selling our houses in a difficult market. She was always readily available to answer questions and advise us regarding the market conditions. Also, in the negotiations of buying and selling our houses, Kali structured the transactions to our benefit in a professional manner. Kali was very thorough and professional in her duties.

We have worked with a couple of realtors, but Kali blew us away with her dedication, professionalism and desire to go above and beyond to help us. Kali helped us navigate a very tough market to buy/sell in, and made it feel like it wasn’t as much of a burden as it clearly was. She went above and beyond at every step throughout the process, especially in helping us navigate showing requests with our newborn, and helping us find several potential buyers. She also went above and beyond in communicating with our HOA and other various stakeholders throughout the process. Without Kali, I anticipate it would have taken us even longer to sell our home, and likely at a lower price. She was available to answer all of our questions as young homeowners, and give us in depth explanations for our numerous inquiries. We required a good amount of hand holding throughout the process, and Kali always made us feel great about our decisions, gave us all potential scenarios to look at and never made us feel like we were a burden. We felt heard, and really felt like Kali cared about having our best interest in mind. She was nothing short of fantastic to work with, and if I could give better than a 5 star rating, I absolutely would.

Let me start by saying it is painful to pay commission on a house sale. That being said I 100% believe Ashton’s services and guidance were worth EVERY cent. I am a first time seller and I had a general idea of what to expect but I knew going into the sale process that I needed an experienced agent to help guide me. I shopped around and genuinely Ashton came back with the most applicable and detailed comps. He was so professional but also understanding and not too pushy with my deadlines. Ashton gave me some advice beforehand on what things to fix up before we staged and hit the market. That advice was INVALUABLE. I genuinely believe those small improvements led to a significantly better final sale price. In addition to his detailed comps and his expert advice, Ashton was patient with me while I was trying to get everything together on my end to be ready to hit the market. He checked in but not too often and was very kind and helpful. Ashton is the ONLY man I have ever met in my life that travels with his own vacuum cleaner. He was in the house making sure everything was PERFECT before our open house and showings. Once we received interest, Ashton came in clutch when it was time to negotiate. I didn’t get the impression he was playing games. He negotiates with integrity. It seems like he is good at communicating, standing firm, and knowing when and how much to bend. When it came time for the buyers inspection and concessions Ashton had a sewer pro ready to go to confirm that the buyers sewer concession request was reasonable. Last but not least it was fun to get to close this chapter with Ashton. 100% would recommend.
