This was an out of state sale for us and Kristi went above and beyond to to make sure every aspect of this sale was seamless. She was available for any and all questions, and she was super knowledgeable. She fought for us to get the best deal, and paid attention to details we would not have known to do on our own. Her guidance really made this an enjoyable experience. Kristi has a lot of enthusiasm for her work, and she is super enjoyable to work with!

Lauren gave us excellent and realistic evaluations with all issues in our last property sale. She was always very easy to reach and gave excellent input on the various contract negotiations. I highly recommend Lauren for any property purchase or sale that you may be entering into.

Staging, cleaning, professional handymen, recommendations, marketing strategies, photography professionals, and all communication was top notch. Stephanie brought a wealth of knowledge and experience, provided weekly updates and feedback from showings and buyers realtors and worked with me to get the best outcome. She listened and followed up on my concerns which made trusting that she had my best interest in mind, absolute. When the inspection returned some issues that needed resolved, she provided a list of professionals when I asked for some. I don’t trust many people but Stephanie earned my trust throughout this process to the point that I was asking for her advice, guidance, and opinions. She gave me space and time to think about options and made sure the agents were updated when I asked for more time. Her feedback was essential to making everything go smoothly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
