Karen was great from the beginning, coming to our home to walk us through what needed updating and what did not, and taking great photos outside while Aspen trees were turning as well as inside after work was done to freshen up the home. Karen basically had our home sold as soon as it was listed, and we had two offer above asking price within 2 days. She guided us through the offers and we had a smooth closing, despite some last minute issues with the home we had to fix.
