Karen was recently our agent for selling our home on Conifer Mountain. Karen was great from the beginning, coming to our home to walk us through what needed updating and what did not, and taking great photos outside while Aspen trees were turning as well as inside after work was done to freshen up the home. Karen basically had our home sold as soon as it was listed, and we had two offer above asking price within 2 days. She guided us through the offers and we had a smooth closing, despite some last minute issues with the home we had to fix. Karen was incredibly helpful during our process of finding a home in the Conifer area. We were living out of state and looking to buy during a seller's market with houses going under contract within days of being listed. Karen only says what is true and if she is unsure then she will do research to find out. She is optimistic and pragmatic. She is friendly and very thorough. She works well via email and keeps busy, out of town clients informed throughout the process.
