We recently completed the purchase of a second home in Breckenridge, CO this September, and our experience with our buyer’s agent, Linda Sioux, was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend Linda and her dedicated team. Linda's commitment was evident from the start. Although her home base is in Loveland, CO, she made the challenging drive—over two hours each way—to show us properties in Breckenridge. This dedication meant we never felt limited by geography and always felt prioritized. Linda’s expertise and insight were truly invaluable. While I have considerable experience with real estate transactions, Linda had an impressive eye during property inspections, drawing my attention to potential issues and considerations I hadn't even thought of. She went above and beyond to ensure we were making the most informed decision possible. The transition to closing was handled perfectly, even though Linda had a previously scheduled trip abroad. This is where her exceptional preparation and outstanding team shined. Paul Schnaitter and Ericka Cunningham stepped in seamlessly, ensuring every detail in the days leading up to and including the closing went smoothly and without a hitch. Their coordination and professionalism allowed us to close on time and with complete peace of mind. Linda Sioux and her team deliver world-class service, blending deep professional knowledge with unwavering dedication. We enthusiastically recommend her for any real estate needs, especially if you are navigating a challenging market.

Corbin navigated a tricky process with several major issues involving the sale. The advice he gave kept us on track and eased our concerns.

Amy was terrific to work with from the start. She is professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate sales . She researched our neighborhood comparables, gave us realistic staging advice and sold our house for top dollar. She explained the sale process, and kept us informed every step of the way. Always very prompt to reply to any questions I had. Amy kept up with the buyer's agent and Title Company so nothing fell through the cracks. I have bought and sold many houses over the years, and Amy is by far the best agent I have ever worked with! I highly recommend her!
