She researched our neighborhood comparables, gave us realistic staging advice and sold our house for top dollar. She explained the sale process, and kept us informed every step of the way. Always very prompt to reply to any questions I had. Amy kept up with the buyer's agent and Title Company so nothing fell through the cracks.
