In addition to coaching us through the process, providing valuable insight along the way, and keeping everything on track, they made frequent trips out to the property to meet with vendors and inspectors on our behalf. When we had questions or concerns, they got answers, contacting qualified professionals as needed and always making sure that we had solid information on which to base our decisions. Going through the home buying process can be scary, especially when doing so remotely, but Roger and Susan made it as stress-free as possible.
