Molly was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop through out the entire selling process. Selling a house while living in another state has many challenges. She took on these challenges with positivity and made everything work as seemlessly as possible. I am so grateful for her problem solving abilities and attentiveness to my situation.

We recently worked with Mollie on the sale of our home in Castle Pines, and the buying of our new home. She was outstanding from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind, qualities that made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful process with a tight timeline. Mollie handled every detail with efficiency and clear communication, keeping us informed and confident throughout. We’ve bought and sold many properties over the years, but this transaction was by far the smoothest and most seamless experience we’ve ever had. Her expertise and calm approach turned a potentially high-pressure situation into one we could navigate easily. We highly recommend Mollie to anyone looking for a realtor who truly delivers results with care and professionalism. Thank you, Mollie!

Mollie does a wonderful job of getting to know the prospective buyers and their wants/needs. She never leaves us hanging and always closes out details and questions. She is smart, professional, and kind! Mollie is also tireless. She answers emails and texts at all hours and being 2 hrs ahead in VA, I certainly appreciated that. Mollie was a sheer pleasure to work with.
