Working with Chase was an incredible experience as a first time homebuyer. We wrote an optimal offer and chase collaborated with my lender to ensure we were top of the pile for consideration in a multi-offer situation. While this was an incredibly fun process with Chase and team, he was also there when my first time home buyers nerves set in and helped talk me through the elements of the process which I wasn’t familiar with.
