Jessica is great she definitely went above and beyond! This was my first time selling a house! I learned a lot! Jessica was great through the whole process! She was super professional the whole time even when the buyers agent was far from professional. When then inspection report came back and said my roof had issues. It was shocking my house was only 3 years old. She did some research and hunted down the Richmond warranty person and turns out my shingles had been recalled but they didn’t notify anyone.
