My wife and I came into this experience knowing absolutely nothing about the homebuying process. We did not even think we were in a position where we could buy. We connected with Andrea to request some info on the process and explained our situation. From the beginning she was honest about our possibilities and what types of homes we needed to be looking at, but most importantly, she opened our eyes to the fact that we could actually be homebuyers even in the market we are living. She knew exactly the areas we needed to be looking at. She understood perfectly what our needs and wants were. I was very concerned about this process because I have a few friends who had just gone through it and dreaded the process. They were overwhelmed with the amount of work they had to put in. My experience with Andrea was the opposite. We enjoyed the ride for two months. We got excited, we lost hope, cried, and got excited again as we saw our opportunities fade and rise. It was very easy to work with her because she was always available to answer questions and stand up for us in front of the lenders, selling agents, or other organizations we dealt with. We are very thankful for Andrea's help. She was amazing to work with. Homebuying can be an amazing and fun experience with ups and downs, but overall enjoyable with the right team!
