Kathy was an invaluable resource in selling my late brothers' home and providing outstanding market guidance for our family under difficult circumstances. She was able to make recommendations for contractors that helped us complete a renovation prior to sale, and the property went under contract in two days for above the asking price. She knew the market and priced the home well. We could not have been happier working with her. She always goes above and beyond, and did everything to make sure our family had the support we needed.
