Kathy was recommended to me by a friend. Our move was very quick, and she was so helpful. She helped move things and organize for me and we got my house ready to sell in a week. We had a coming soon sign and the house listing went live on a Friday, with open houses scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. We had a few showings on Friday, and Kathy said there were quite a few people that showed up at the open house on Saturday. Saturday evening I received a call from Kathy we had an offer for over asking. After reviewing it, we accepted it. Closing was set for 30 days later. Even after we had a signed contract, Kathy kept in touch and asked if there was anything we needed. She was ready and willing to help. She even brought us some meals when she knew how busy we were getting things packed. She absolutely goes above and beyond, and I am so grateful that we did use her.
