My husband and I have worked with the Tom Pitzer and the Schlichter team multiple times in buying and selling our homes in Colorado. We have had an amazing experience with him each time - he is truly exceptional at what he does! He makes what is undoubtedly a daunting and stressful process easy. He is knowledgeable, reliable and helped us negotiate a great price. My husband and I felt listened to, seen and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Tom, David and the rest of the Schlichter team!

This might sound a bit cheesy, but Karine is truly the best realtor you will work with. I have worked with a number of realtors in the past. Karine’s work ethics, her knowledge and her ability to find solutions to the hardest of the issues is unmatched. I know how hard it is to work with people, and we ourselves are not very easy to please. However, Karine’s demeanor, her resourcefulness, her impeccable work ethics, honesty and her easy attitude will put your mind at ease and make every transaction (or THE transaction) go so smoothly.
