Colleen was my agent and I feel blessed to have had her recommended to me because the process could not have been more easier or smoother. Colleen has been in the business for awile, is an expert, was able to answer all my questions, and arranged everything in a manner that was effortless for me. Her comparable estimates were spot on. She provided excellent advice for preparing the property, had a wonderful network of contractors, helped me negotiate pricing for some, and even handled a plumbing appointment I was unable to attend. She arranged tasteful and beautiful staging, aggressively marketed the property, arranged regular and frequent open houses. She was extremely savy in the negotiation process with offers providing very smart and good advice and I felt all the decisions I made for pricing and the sale were spot on. Beyond some decision making and contract signing (she was so good answering my nitpicky contract questions), my role was easy and effortless. I cannot recommend Colleen more highly to anyone needing a hardworking, diligent and expertly skilled real estate broker.
