We decided to move to Arvada from Illinois to be close to our Grandchildren. We have been in our house for 35 years and dealing with a realtor was unfamiliar. She guided us to find a mortgage lender, a home inspector, insurance broker, and home repair services. We were so happy with all of the referrals! We were rather overwhelmed with this big move.
