Things went super smooth. Very knowledgeable about the area.

From the initial conversation I had with Chantal, I could tell she was the one to handle this sale. She had the property listed with professional photos almost immediately. Chantal always replied quickly and was very knowledgeable about the process. The process itself was extremely smooth and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy. I wish her the all the best.

We found the land and took a picture of the sign. Decided that we both loved the land and gave Chantel a call. She returned our call the same day. After talking with her she put our minds at ease and walked us through the buying process. Being our first piece of land it went so smoothly. If you are looking for a realtor she is the one I would choose over and over to help with the buying process.
