Shonda was great at explaining the process to me and getting back to me quickly when I had questions. This was my first house and she stepped me through the process and was always there when I had questions or didn't understand something. I honestly don't know anything she could have done better.

Shonda was put in contact with us when we wanted to tour a house for sale on Zillow. We are so fortunate that we met her. She was fantastic. She is knowledgeable of the area and very organized. We were moving from out of town and she handled everything for us while keeping us informed every step. We highly recommend Shonda.

She understood our wants and desires, as well as our limited in-person timeline. She helped us with a variety of showings and even assisted in recommending a painter contractor and meeting with them at the property before we came back to close interstate so we could have an estimate in hand with a start date. She was patient enough to take me back to the first one that I loved and once there it felt too small for me.
