Most importantly, at the last minute, a home that checked all of our boxes was re-listed as a previous sale fell through. Matt moved quickly to arrange a showing then, based on his research and knowledge of the area and market, negotiated a great purchase price. He was attentive throughout the entire process - putting us in touch with the professionals needed for inspections, funding, repairs, etc. If we could give him MORE than five stars, we would!
