Top agent for a reason!

Matt Yoder helped us to purchase the perfect home in Beverly Hills! He listened to our 'wants' for the new home and found us several great options. Most importantly, at the last minute, a home that checked all of our boxes was re-listed as a previous sale fell through. Matt moved quickly to arrange a showing then, based on his research and knowledge of the area and market, negotiated a great purchase price. He was attentive throughout the entire process - putting us in touch with the professionals needed for inspections, funding, repairs, etc. If we could give him MORE than five stars, we would! He is an in-demand agent but always makes time for his clients' needs. We wouldn't use anyone else.
