Buying and selling a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do - right up there with public speaking or assembling IKEA furniture without instructions. But working with Joanne Mendoza? Honestly, it felt like cheating the system. I first met Joanne when I was buying a new place, and she was so professional, clear, and calm that I thought, “Okay, this is the only person I want to deal with in real estate forever now.” So, naturally, when it came time to sell my old home, I called her back faster than I check my DoorDash ETA.
