This was an emotionally difficult and challenging sale, because my Mom passed away, which was the reason why I needed to sell the house. In addition, my father, brother and husband had also passed away, in years past, so I was the only one carrying the weight of clearing out my mom's house and preparing it for sale. Katie, was compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. She did not try to "sell" me on costly upgrades. Instead, she listened to my thoughts and needs. And the minimal "refresh" we did to the house was exactly what it needed to receive a solid offer quickly after the first open house. She listened to me and she even stood with me as I cried the last day I stood in my parent's home. Katie is a professional and caring real estate agent.
