We were just casually touring on our own inside this model house without a booked schedule then suddenly Diana opened the front door politely asking us if we’re done with our tour. At that moment I realized that we know each other and that’s how it started. She showed us a few more communities in the area after that. She was a real professional all through out the process. We definitely felt how she was always wanting to prioritize our best-interests. No questions were left unanswered even the usual frantic ones for first-time homeowners like us. She was just very patient with us and never pushy. That unexpected encounter really felt like God’s intervention. Like what my wife would always say, Diana really is Heaven-sent to us!
