We bought a home in Mountain House with Anil and it has been an awesome experience. We have been working with Anil for over a year to find our dream home and every interaction has been very nice. He was very easy to reach and answer any of our questions quickly. Market was changing rapidly during the last one year and he never pushed us to make a decision in haste considering we were a bit unsure if and when to buy the home. He saw the signs of market picking up and advised us to go for the home we were tracking for a few weeks and we are glad to have listened to his advice. We paid less than the list price and now inventory levels have dipped a lot after our purchase and new buyers are paying much higher than the list price.
