Yesha was an amazing agent to work with and my friend who I was buying a condo with ultimately chose to go with her after interviewing multiple agents. One of the key reasons was that she showed us numerous homes without rushing us to make a decision which allowed us to build our preferences as we saw more homes. Additionally, she went through the extra effort to ask local residents next door about how they felt about the condo / townhouse associations, something that our other agents didn’t do. As she showed us more homes, she also asked us questions about what we liked and didn’t like to understand what we were looking for and suggested touring homes that fit our search criteria. For the condo that we bought, we saw the same property at least 3 different times to confirm with family members (myself, my friend, and my mother). Throughout that process, Yesha was very patient and welcoming. She also had a strong understanding of cultural preferences as we searched for homes.
