Amazing energy that’s completely focused on getting your house sold and getting the best deal for you. Marvin worked tirelessly to get my property marketed and sold. My home had everything going for except for the hoarding situation behind it that was in full view when you stepped into the yard. He would paint a picture for each potential buyer of what it would look like once the hoarder was gone. The hoarder situation was resolved and Marvin moved into high gear. Home was sold 2 weeks later. Marvin is fun to work with and knows his stuff!
