Marvin is an awsome agent he was with us every step of the way advising where it was appropriate (with advice that was actually beneficial to me it was obvious he wasnt just pushing for another commission) and following my lead where it wasnt. He was available whenever we needed him and made it a point to cone to us when we needed to meet as opposed to makeing us come to his office. In this case the sellers agent was less than proactive and its not a streatch to say Marvin did the work of two agents here and he did it with a smile. If your buying property Marvin is absolutly the agent you want in your corner.

My home had everything going for except for the hoarding situation behind it that was in full view when you stepped into the yard.
