First of all, I’ve known Diana and her husband Angel since we were in Elementary school but that is not the reason why I’m giving her a great review. Wouldn’t you want to entrust your important milestones in your life to someone who has been around in the business for a while and is oustandingly knowledgeable, professional, efficient and most especially a good person over all? One day back in early 2020, my Mother and I just decided to look at model houses in Tracy. We were just casually touring on our own inside this model house without a booked schedule then suddenly Diana opened the front door politely asking us if we’re done with our tour. At that moment I realized that we know each other and that’s how it started. She showed us a few more communities in the area after that. She was a real professional all through out the process. We definitely felt how she was always wanting to prioritize our best-interests. No questions were left unanswered even the usual frantic ones for first-time homeowners like us. She was just very patient with us and never pushy. That unexpected encounter really felt like God’s intervention. Like what my wife would always say, Diana really is Heaven-sent to us! Regardless if I know her personally or not, this is the kind of realtor that I will always want to deal with for my real estate needs. Professional, personable, supportive and trustworthy.
