One of our friend bought home in Tracy and he was extremely happy with Anil’s personalized service. We wanted to buy a home as well but were on a tight budget and were not sure if we can find good home. The minute we talked to Anil, he was very encouraging and positive he can find us a good home. We made few trips to Tracy with Anil and ended up liking one of the home which was recently upgraded throughout. Seller expectations were high but Anil persisted to follow-up with listing agent and negotiated it so it fits in our budget. We ran into loan issues but Anil put us in touch with backup lender and got us enough extension from seller. We are very happy homeowners now and glad to have Anil as our agent.
