She knew the timing of which day to reveal our house on MLS based on the school calendar and worked backwards to time each piece needed to meet that date. The marketing materials she prepared were exceptional. The social media reels she developed were fun and highlighted the features of our home. Our house was on the market for 12 days and we received multiple offers. We weren’t sure what to expect in this market, but Lisa knows what buyers’ want and we very pleased with the outcome.

When we were tired, she was pleasant. And that, really, was a big part of this. As high as the stakes were, every interaction, every call, every meeting was easy. Those meetings lightened our mood. We so enjoyed working with her.
