Cynthia is great at what she does and made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish, which was very helpful since I was out of the country during the majority of escrow and closing. She was helpful in facilitating all inspections and making sure they were all done within a timely manner. She would then walk me through all of the results and made sure I understood what was being said and what actions would need to be taken from them, if any. If I had any questions or concerns she was prompt with responses and made sure I was satisfied with her responses. Laurie did an outstanding job. She pro-actively communicated the process to us and was very attentive to details. This helped not only us, as sellers, but established expectations for both prospective and the final buyer (as well as the agents representing them). She gave us feedback about what our house needed before going on the market, and she was right. Laurie has a great sense of style and was very hands-on during the staging process. We chose to have only private showings and Laurie was present for and accompanied each prospective buyer through our house. Laurie made herself available to us; answering calls and texts in a timely manner with genuine enthusiasm and care. All of this led to a successful sale of our home in a short period of time. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to offer my highest possible recommendation for Olivia Hanson of Realty One Group. After interviewing four other real estate agents, I am convinced that choosing Olivia Hanson was the best financial decision I could have made. In 2025, the real estate market faced significant headwinds. Interest rates had climbed to their highest levels in over twenty years, creating a difficult environment for sellers. Four other agents I consulted suggested a much lower listing price, citing the high interest rates and market cooling as justification. Olivia Hanson saw the value that others missed. While other agents focused on the economic challenges, Olivia focused on the property's unique strengths and implemented a superior marketing strategy. I created a difficult environment for handling the sale as I requested that the property not display a "for sale" sign. In addition, I did not want the property listed in a multiple listing service. One of the four realtors seeking the listing was a top agent at the area's largest real estate brokerage. This agent suggested I list the property at a lower price and defer the marketing until Spring 2025, rather than listing it in January. Olivia sold the property for $150,000 more than the other four agents had suggested as an eventual sale price, and the property closed on March 3, 2025. Olivia navigated my difficult listing requirements and demonstrated an understanding of the property, which required a special effort in contacting potential buyers. Olivia's aggressive marketing, confidence, and refusal to settle for a "safe" low price resulted in a sale in just a couple of months, with a financial outcome superior to the other agent's forecast of $1,500,000.00.
