As a first time home buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Shasta has been amazing every step of the way. Her communication is always on point. She’s quick to respond, patient with all my questions, and if she doesn’t have an answer right away, she always takes the time to find out. What stood out to me most is how compassionate and genuine she is. She truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. FIVE STARS. Reni had her work cut out for her with us back in the Fall of '25. We not only were trying to sell our home in LA, but we were moving to New York, so a great deal of the work had to be done with us on the other side of the country. And to complicate things even further, we needed to sell ASAP. Reni took us through all the proper steps, providing us with a binder that laid out a timeline, goals, extensive research on our neighborhood, and how she thinks we should price it. Her main priorities were making sure we were happy and was more than willing to make any adjustments to ensure that. She provided us with someone to stage the home, a house cleaner, landscaper, handyman, a plumber, etc. Anyone and anything we needed, Reni had it covered. She's also just a lovely human being. Her kindness is only outweighed by her patience. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, which was so comforting since we were on the east coast. From start to finish, Reni is focused on her clients - all the way until the keys are handed over. We're certain that all of this resulted in us selling for thousands more than we could have had we gone with someone else. This is our second time having Reni as our realtor, and in both instances, we couldn't have seen this going better with anyone else. Thank you, Reni!
