FIVE STARS. Reni had her work cut out for her with us back in the Fall of '25. We not only were trying to sell our home in LA, but we were moving to New York, so a great deal of the work had to be done with us on the other side of the country. And to complicate things even further, we needed to sell ASAP. Reni took us through all the proper steps, providing us with a binder that laid out a timeline, goals, extensive research on our neighborhood, and how she thinks we should price it. Her main priorities were making sure we were happy and was more than willing to make any adjustments to ensure that. She provided us with someone to stage the home, a house cleaner, landscaper, handyman, a plumber, etc. Anyone and anything we needed, Reni had it covered. She's also just a lovely human being. Her kindness is only outweighed by her patience. She was very communicative throughout the entire process, which was so comforting since we were on the east coast. From start to finish, Reni is focused on her clients - all the way until the keys are handed over. We're certain that all of this resulted in us selling for thousands more than we could have had we gone with someone else. This is our second time having Reni as our realtor, and in both instances, we couldn't have seen this going better with anyone else. Thank you, Reni!

Lisa Di Nonno was highly recommended by a friend. My wife and I were selling our home of 56 years and Lisa kept us informed, engaged, and reassured throughout the process. She was always available to answer our questions and calm the storms within. Lisa will accomplish the task at hand. She is extremely professional and exceeded all expectations. We both give her a strong 5 stars. Together, that's a 10. 👍

From the very beginning, working with Anna Nixt felt like we were in the best hands possible. We initially set out to find a real estate agent to help us buy our first home—but what we actually found was a true partner, guide, and friend for life. We knew very little about home buying, and Anna was the gold standard in every sense. She went above and beyond, guiding us through each step of the process with care, patience, and incredible attention to detail. From the first showing to the final closing, she treated us like family and ensured that every decision we made was well-informed and comfortable. Home inspection day was a perfect example of her dedication—she came fully prepared, brought in the right people to support us, and walked us through everything so we understood exactly what was happening. When unexpected hurdles came up with the seller’s agent (who was not easy to deal with), she handled it all with remarkable professionalism, grace, and persistence, protecting our interests every step of the way. Her communication during escrow was seamless—always proactive, transparent, and reassuring. Even after the close of escrow, Anna continued to check in and make sure everything was smooth and we had no issues. We are beyond happy with our purchase and the entire experience. Thanks to Anna, what could have been a stressful process turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. She didn’t just help us buy a house—she helped us find a home. If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly goes the extra mile, look no further than Anna Nixt. She’s simply the best.
