First of all I had to take a sabbatical from my business because I was diagnosed with stage 4 Cancer, at that time I was told I had a 49% chance of lasting a year. And if I got a operation I had a 50/50 chance of lasting 5 yrs. Well I decided to choose other means and 6 yrs later I'm still here. Thank God! Although I have been in the real estate business for approximately 28 years now. So I am truly back on the grind, this is why I have minimal transactions to my name the last 5 years, but you can look at my past transactions and my reviews to see how I conduct my business and take care of my clients needs. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2003 when I started out as a traveling notary. In 2004 I became a loan officer. That's when i first got my Real Estate license. I have been a lender since then. I really enjoy helping people realize the American Dream of becoming a homeowner. A large part of my success has been assisting the spanish speaking community. It's definitely a special calling that I have learned to do very well. After 12 years of 100 mile round trip to the office every day, I wanted to find an office closer to home. Then over the Christmas break I was thinking about my goals for 2018. I decided to renew my Real Estate license and join a good office, and since I have some realtor friends that work at Realty One this was my first choice to check into, I made an appointment to meet with Jaime the broker and I joined. On the personal side, I'm married to my incredible wife, I have three great kids and a very innovative son in law. We attend Faith Community Church where we love it. Faith Community is definitely a Jesus led church. The teaching is really good. We have been there for almost ten years now. In addition to that I am the oldest of six brothers and sisters, so for us there is no such thing as a "small" get together.
