Before the house was put up for sale, Robert explained in detail all that needed to be done and prepared. Robert thoroughly explained the current market. He kept us informed before the open house and afterwards. We appreciated his negotiation skills in dealing with the offers. He continuously updated us throughout the whole process. We are grateful as to how well he worked with the buyers' agent as well. I would highly recommend him.

I think what made Robert stand out was his negotiation skills. We had a few points in the selling process where his approach to requested changes to the deal was perfect, steady and informed. He listened to our goals and needs and guided the process to reach them. He was also very good at letting us know where things were - what responses were given, to give time on responding so that it wasn't rushed and we didn't look over eager etc. There is an art to the selling process and he certainly showed his experience no navigating that process,
