Rob was patient and showed us many condos in different areas before finding the perfect one. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. He worked closely with us, was always available for questions and did such a great job that we had him handle both transactions..... buying a condo in a new area and selling our current house. While selling our current house he had awesome photos taken to advertise, had two open houses, and had great success finding buyers for it.

Robert Shay Took the challenge of helping us find a home during a violent market where anything goes. We must have viewed over 50 homes in less than 3 months. We placed offers on homes within hours of seeing them due to Robert's amazing and fast action help. He was able to point things out at every home we went to that the normal eye would not be able to see. Anytime we reached out to Robert he would get back to us almost immediately. There were almost no phone calls that reached his VM as he picked up every time we called and or called us back less than 5 minutes later (usually with a text saying he's on with another client). We placed close to 20 offers on homes and were getting outbid by 100K at some points and put into bidding wars on others. Robert kept us down to earth on most of the offers and made sure we understand that this is happening t everyone. He really had our best interest at heart. I mentioned to Robert that I felt like his only client the entire time we worked together. Finally, when it came down to the offer that was accepted it was smooth sailing to the finish line. Robert took charge and was able to get every inspection ordered right away and all the last-minute documents signed and sent off!
