I am greatly pleased with my experience with Sandy and Tom. This wasn’t the first time I sold a property but it was the first time I sold a Trust property. This was my parents’ house of 56 years and both had passed away. I needed to appease the other beneficiaries. Not only did I have the turmoil of cleaning out 56 years of stuff but I was also letting go of my childhood home. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past wanted to immediately change things. Sandy and Tom recognized areas that need sprucing up but without major overhauls. Tania made the impossible, possible by finding us a beautiful home we didn’t know existed. We simply wanted to slightly larger home that was close to work. What Tania found for us was our dream home. She found us the perfect home with all the old-world charm of our previous home, but with all the modern conveniences and gourmet kitchen we had been desiring for years.
