Tania made the impossible, possible by finding us a beautiful home we didn’t know existed. We simply wanted to slightly larger home that was close to work. What Tania found for us was our dream home. She found us the perfect home with all the old-world charm of our previous home, but with all the modern conveniences and gourmet kitchen we had been desiring for years. She worked exceptionally hard in ensuring we secured the beautiful home in a competitive market. Moreover, Tania even made sure dour old home we were selling and new home we were purchasing closed on almost the same day! My husband and I can’t say enough about how impressed we were (and are) with the dedication, knowledge, and personal care Tania provided to us during a normally stressful time of selling/purchasing. She was incredible. She was always patient in answering our many questions, texts, and phone calls and was extremely thorough and detail orientated with all the necessary paperwork. We love our new home more each day and are so happy we now have the space to have family comfortably stay with us when visiting from out of town, and a beautifully designed patio and garden where we entertain friends and family on the weekends. Not only has our physical space changed, but our lifestyle as well. Thank you, Tania!
