Our purchase needed to be contingent on the sale of our home to fund the concurrent purchase of the next home. Instead of telling us "that can't be done" or "that's not going to happen", Sarah listened and agreed to walk us through the process. Just want to start by saying that if you’re questioning who to choose as your realtor, you can stop looking because Sarah is the best decision you could make. She helped us buy our first home and made the process much less daunting. She thoroughly explained every question we had from how home buying works to pros and cons of structural differences in a home. She consistently checked in to make sure we felt comfortable at every step. We saw quite a few homes with her, taking almost 3 months to find our home because of our high expectations for what we wanted, and she never made us feel like we were a burden. Then when we started putting in offers she kept us informed and helped us decide on a reasonable price we would feel comfortable submitting. During the negotiations, she went above and beyond to advocate for us to the seller’s realtor. We believe we got our home, which had multiple competing offers, largely due to her efforts. Overall, I am so grateful that she was our realtor and can’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting to buy or sell.
