In 2013, we moved from Boston to Berkeley and we needed to find a house for our growing family. We were extremely fortunate to find Faye Keogh at The Grubb Company who became our realtor! It seems like such a cliche, but she actually listened to us and only took us to houses that had true potential for our family. I remember walking into this beautiful Mediterranean house that she found and instantly thinking, “This is it!” We made so many beautiful and wonderful memories there as a family and with our friends. Twelve years later in 2025, with our kids in college and officially empty-nesters, we decided to downsize and put the house on the market. We went straight back to Faye! She returned and walked us through the entire selling process, keeping a keen, trained, and experienced eye on the current housing market, offered helpful suggestions for refreshing the house (We did live in it for 12 years with 2 busy kids!), organized effective Open Houses, and she hired the most amazing photographer, landscapers, house cleaners, and other professionals to showcase the house to its fullest potential.
