I contacted 3 realtors through Realtor dot com when I was ready to sell a home in the Oakland Hills in October of 2025. After interviewing 3 realtors who all had impressive credentials selling luxury properties, my wife and I selected Tomaj for his thoroughness in preparing for our meeting. The quality of his presentation and research materials impressed us, along with his knowledge of the market trends and comparative data. After selecting him to list our property, he explained that going into the holiday season, buyer activity might be slow. Our first open house was in mid-November, just a week and a half before Thanksgiving,, and there were 13 visitors in just a 4 hour window. This was a testament to Tomaj’s marketing activities and his support team. We received an offer that was above our listing price within a couple of days of the first open house. After just 47 days of listing the property, we closed escrow and the house officially sold. Tomaj shepherded the process and kept us informed every step of the way until close of escrow.
