Finding a great realtor who takes the time to truly understand the client is rare. Heidi was referred to me after my last realtor retired (3 transactions and ensuring right choices). Heidi exceeded all my expectations. We had an instant connection upon meeting. She is incredibly honest and extremely supportive. Her compassion is real and she checked in on me regularly. Although, it took some time to sell my home (rural), her encouragement never wavered and she never devalued the price of the property just to make a sale! She valued my home almost as much as I and she protected and supported me when things seemed pointless. I could be candid with her and she respected my choices and opinions. She is extremely knowledgeable and works closely with the entire team (loan officers, mortgage, insurance agents, title, etc.). If she doesn’t know the answer to an inquiry, she does her best to find the answer. Her communication skills are exceptional. Heidi became more than my realtor, she became a confident and friend. Heidi goes over and beyond what the majority of realtors are expected to do. Her energy, positivity, and confidence are contagious. Buying and/or selling a home is extremely stressful but Heidi has a way of relieving a lot of it. Her network of professionals from moving to repairs saves time, as well. Heidi is an invaluable and exceptional realtor.

Shelly was one of two listing agents (Victoria Tseng) who worked hard to sell our home during a very challenging market. She was an excellent communicator and recommended cosmetic refreshes that added value to the property. We definitely felt like Shelly made selling our home her top priority. She handled a lot of details that other brokers would have ignored - she shouldered a significant burden, because we were on the east coast during the marketing of our home. As is often overlooked, but of great importance, Shelly was highly effective in closing the deal through the final rounds of negotiations with flawless paperwork. In other words, there were no surprises at the closing. We highly recommend Shelly and Victoria to anyone listing their home in Oakland/Piedmont/Berkeley.
