Era is the best. She has been our “go to” agent for at least 10 years. She has helped us on 4 sales, and 2 purchases, both investment and personal properties. This last sale, of a rental home on a 1031 exchange was incredible. The house was in terrible shape, we thought it best to just take our losses and sell ‘as is”.
