We were selling past the peak season and he marketed the house very well. We had good traffic but only one rally viable buyer. He handled a difficult transaction with grace and knowledge. We were brakaing up so emotions were high and the decline in market values was disappointing. he was able to tactfully deal with my difficult partner, whom he had to "talk down from the ledge" as well as a difficult buyer. He got the deal done where others may have failed. I have worked in the related industry as a mortgage company executive, and thus have dealt with many realtors. He is truly the cream of the crop.
